What are your business hours?
We operate a 24/7 (including emergency call out) service. Our reception hours are 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
What payment options do you offer?
We have a full range of payment facilities including cash, EFTPOS & MasterCard as well as interest free finance options.
Do you respond to emergency call outs?
Yes, we provide a 24 hour 365 day call out service.
Do you cover the whole of the South Island?
Yes, we go South Island wide, without boundaries, from Kaiteriteri to Dunedin.
Rural Services
Would you travel to our back country station?
Yes, we travel to rural & remote locations throughout the South Island. We will go where others won’t. We travel to remote back country stations, holiday homes & farms.

Do you provide temporary electrical power?
Yes, we can supply temporary power for building work, we liaise with network providers on your behalf to make the process simple.
Can you organise other trades for my project?
Yes, we can organise other trades and manage the process for you such as plumbing, drain laying, heat pumps/air conditioning etc.
Can you organise generator back-ups?
Yes, we can install the infrastructure for generators.
